Group Stylize filters

Group Stylize (Stylization) normally includes the filters, allowing to imitate those or other working methods with the image at the expense of offset пикселов or contrast increases: transformation of the plane image into a bas-relief, оконтуривание images and other. In the given program one filter of this group — (Slowing Edges (the Glow of edges) is presented.

Filter Glowing Edges

Filter Glowing Edges (Glow of edges) is intended for simulation of the linear picture by shone lines against a dark background (fig. 12.56).

Value in the field Edge Width (the Width of edges) defines a thickness of dashes of the linear picture in a range from 1 to 14.

In the field Edge Brightness (Brightness) in a range from 0 to 20 install level of "glow" of colors of the linear picture, and in the field Smoothness (Softening) in a range from 1 to 15 — a level of their smoothness.

Group Texture filters

Filters groups Texture (Texture) are intended for creation and filling of the image or its fragments by repeating decorative pictures or any textures, characteristic for various materials.

Filter Craquelure

Filter Craquelure (Craquelures) is intended for simulation of a state of ancient oil painting which and especially at inadequate storage becomes covered in due course by the characteristic cracks (craquelures) (fig. 12.57).

Value in the field Crack Spacieg (Intervals) defines the general "treshchino-vatost" images in a range from 2 to 100: the more low value, the more cracks is formed on a surface.

In the field Crack Depth (Depth of cracks) in a range from 0 to 10 install depth of cracks, and in the field Crack Brightness (Illuminance) in a range from About to 10 — their plastic.

Filter Grain

Filter Grain (Grain) allows to transform the image to set of large color grains which as a whole make impression of a print of color lithograph (fig. 12.58).

Value in the field Intensity (Intensity) опреддойг value of grain in a range from 0 to 100.

In the field Contrast (Contrast) in a range from 0 to 100 Is installed distinction level between colors of grains.

Filter Mosaic Tiles

Filter Mosaic Tiles (the Mosaic fragments) is intended for simulation of the image in the form of a mosaic from tile elements (fig. 12.59).

Value in the field Tile Size (the Size of fragments) defines value of tiles in a range from 2 to 100, and in the field Grout Width (Value of gaps) in a range from 1 to 15 — value of intervals in between.

Level of illuminance of intervals is installed in the field Lighten Grout (Brightness of gaps) in a range from 0 to 10.

Filter Patchwork

Filter Patchwork (Color tile) serves for creation of simulation of the image made of tiles of various color (rice: 12.60).

Value in the field Square Size (the Size of squares) defines the size of the base of square tiles in a range from 1 to 10, and in the field Relief (Plastic) — their height in a range from 0 to 25

Filter Stained Glass

Filter Stained Glass (Stained-glass window) allows to transform the image to set of the pentahedral color elements reminding витражные glasses, fastened by lead jumpers (fig. 12.61).

Value in the field Sell Size (the Size of cells) defines value of elements of a stained-glass window in a range from 2 to 50.

In the field Border Thickness (the Thickness of boundaries) is installed a thickness (as though lead) jumpers between glasses in a range from 1 to 20.

In the field Light Intensity (Brightness of light) in a range from 0 to 10 is defined intensity of an invisible source of lighting without which the stained-glass window is impossible.

Filter Texturizer

Filter Texturizer (Текстуризатор) represents the independent tool entering, besides, by a component in many other filters in which the transformed image "is put" on a textural basis.

Dialog box (Texture) (fig. 12.62) it is possible to select "basis" on which the image is put from uncovered list Texture:
Brick (Brick)
Burlap (Sacking)
Canvas (Canvas)
Sandstone (Limestone)

By means of variant Load Texture to (Load) it is possible to use other image in a format of the program of adobe. Photoshop (PSD) as a basis for a texture.

The texture scale is defined in the field Scaling (Scale) in a range from 50 to 200 %.

Field Relief (Relief) defines a thickness of a texture in a range from 0 to 50.

Plastic of a texture is underlined by a direction of light which is selected from list Light Direction (Light);

The torus (On top)

Flag Invert (Inverse) changes display of dark and light sections of the image.
