Arrangement of hypercommunications As hypercommunication is called the page element, at pushing on which it is possible to carry out passage to new page, to create the new document, to open the web page or even to send the message on electronic mail. Program InDesign gives the chance to create and add such hypercommunications in the document. Hypercommunications are activated only at export of a file to a format of adobe PDF or HTML. Palette Hyperlinks Execute commands Window-> Hyperlinks (the Window-> Hypercommunications). On the screen there will be palette Hyperlinks (Hypercommunications) - fig. 10.42. The first step at hypercommunication creation is the destination object or binding job. The binding to page defines page to which carry out passage on a hyperlink. Creation of a binding to page 1. Select option New Hyperlink Destination (the New binding) from the palette menu to open the dialog box with the same name. 2. From the menu Round (Type) select option Page (Page) - fig. 10.43. 3. In the field Page enter page number on which passage on a hyperlink should be carried out. 4. If needed enter the page description in the field Name. 5. Select one of following options of scale (fig. 10.44): - Fixed (Fixed) - scale of page at the moment of link creation; - Fit View (the Real size) - a visible part of page; - Fit in Window (the Whole page)-vsja page in a document window; - Fit Width (On width) or Fit Height (On height) - extension on width or on page height; - Fit Visible (page Contents) - the areas containing the text or the images; - Inherit Zoom (to Repeat scale) - scale, active at the moment of a link choice. 6. Push ОК for binding creation. The text bookmark allows to set a certain part of the text as a binding. Creation of a text bookmark 1. Select the text to which passage from a hyperlink will be carried out. 2. Select option New Hyperlink Destination from the palette menu to open the dialog box with the same name. 3. From the menu Round select option Text Anchor (the Text bookmark) - fig. 10.45. 4. Enter a bookmark title. As passage place under the link can serve also URL (Uniform Resource Locator - the unified pointer of an information resource). URL can represent the Web-address or any protocol of network Internet, for example http://, ftp://, file:// or mailto://. Fig. 10.44. Dialog box New Hyperlink allows to create a binding without a title, and also to issue a hyperlink type Binding creation to URL-pecypcy 1. Select option New Hyperlink Destination from the palette menu to open the dialog box with the same name. 2. From the menu Round select option URL 3. Enter a binding title. 4. Enter URL address. You have a possibility to change the created bindings. Binding change 1. Select option Hyperlink Destination Options (binding Parameters) from m of a nu of a palette to open one-names ное a dialog box. 2. Select target object - a binding from list Destination. 3. Click by button Edit (to Redaktiro вать) - fig. 10.46 - for activation on pour adjustments. Now you can create the source objects connected to them or hyperlinks. Hyperlink creation 1. Select a part of the text or the image which will be исходны object (hyperlink). 2. Click by button New Hyperlink (the New hyperlink) or select option New Hyperlink from the palette menu. On the screen appears dialogue window New Hyperlink (fig. 10.47). 3. Select a binding as it is described in hardly blowing section. 4. Set appearance of the link as it is described in радделе «link Design». 5. Push ОК for hyperlink creation. The link appears in a palette (fig. 10.48). Choice of a binding from a hyperlink 1. Select already available binding from list Name (Name). Or Use option Unnamed (Without a name) in menu Name. It allows you to create a binding by means of dialog box New Hyperlink (fig. 10.49). 2. Select the target document from list Document (Publication). 3. Specify binding type in the list Round (Type). 4. Enter page number in the field Page (Page). 5. Set value of scale in the field Zoom Setting (Scale). Creation of a hyperlink from URL 1. Select the text containing the full URL address, for example http://www. vectorbabe. com. 2. From the list Round select one of following options on whom display of the rectangle framing areas of start of a hyperlink (fig. 10.50 depends): - Visible Rectangle (the Visible rectangle); - Invisible Rectangle (the Invisible rectangle). 2. In list Highlight (Selection) set appearance of a rectangle at the moment of pushing: - None (is not present); - Invert (Inverting). Creates effect of inverting of colors of area of start; - Outline (Circuit). Creates a hyperlink rectangular outline; - Inset (the Three-dimensional circuit). Creates effect of a three-dimensional circuit of a hyperlink. 3. Specify a thickness of a visible rectangle in list Width (Width): - Thin (Thin); - Medium (Average); - Thick (Fat). 4. Select type of a line of a visible rectangle from list Style (Style): - Solid (Continuous); - Dashed (Discontinuous). 5. Select color of a rectangle from list Color. You have a possibility to edit the created hyperlinks. Hyperlink editing 1. Click two times on a line of a hyperlink in a palette. Or Select option Hyperlink Options from the palette menu. 2. Make changes in dialog box Hyperlink Options (hyperlink Parameters) - fig. 10.51. You can use palette Hyperlinks for passage to a hyperlink or to a binding on a hyperlink. Passage to a hyperlink 1. Choose the reference in a palette. 2. Click on option Go to Sourse (to Pass to a source) in the palette menu. Passage to a binding 1. Choose the reference for passage to a binding. 2. Click on option Go to Destination (to Pass to a binding) in the palette menu. If the binding represents URL, the web browser installed by default will be launched. Fig. 10.51.
