Text export

For certain you need to export the text from program InDesign, for example for operation in the editor of Microsoft Word. These purposes need an export option.

Adjustment of an option of export

1. Place the cursor in the frame containing the text. All text in the given text unit will be exported.

To export a certain part of the text, select it.

2. Execute commands File-> Export. On the screen there will be dialog box Export.

3. Select a format of the exported text:

- Rich Text Format - saves all styles and text formatting. This format can be opened in the majority of text editors, including in Microsoft Word;

- Text Only - carries out only export of characters of the text without styles and formatting. The given option should be used only when you want to cancel formatting of the text or application with which will work, does not support format RTF.

4. Appropriate to a file a name and specify a way for its saving.

5. Click by button Save to (Save), to export a file.

SVG browser

By operation with files SVG in Internet it is necessary to install the special browser that the browser could display files of this format.

Keep in mind that additional SVG unit already should be present by your machine. It is installed together with program InDesign 2.

Besides, at loading and installation Acrobat Reader possibility of setting of SVG browser also is given.
