Lock of objects

You can lock objects that they could not be moved or changed. It allows to prevent careless relocation of objects.

Lock of objects is not the same that lock of levels of the document (For more information on operation with levels of sm chapter 11)

Lock of position of object

1. Select objects which want to block.

2. Execute commands Object-> Lock Position (the Element-> to Lock). If you try to move or modify object (fig. 4.65), appears an icon in the form of the small lock.

The locked objects can be selected, copied and interposed, their color and contents can change

Removal of lock of objects

1. Select objects which want to unblock.
2. Execute commands Object-> Unlock Position (Object-> to Cancel lock).

The blocked objects are how much protected?

Command Lock Position locks only object position. Thus it is possible to select it by means of choice or command Select All tools.

If in the selected object there is a text, it can be selected and changed.

If in the selected object there is an image, it can be replaced by new object by means of command Place to (Place).

If the probability on imprudence is great to change color of object, it is necessary to lock its layer.
