Application of effects to images

In the imported image of a shade and shading look differently when they are applied to the frame or the image.

Application of effects to the imported images

Select object tool Selection to apply effect to the frame which contains the image (fig. 8.40).

Or

Select the image tool Direct Selection to apply effect to the image within the frame (fig. 8.40).

If you apply a shade to the image, sometimes it is necessary to increase the size of the frame, in which it is allocated to see a shade.
